The mission of Make Music Count is to use creativity to allow every student to reach their full educational potential. We believe that every student should feel included during instruction and welcomed to the opportunity of being successful. Marcus Blackwell Jr has played the piano since the age of 5 studying classical, jazz, and gospel piano. He began playing professionally on the piano and organ for churches at the age of 14. However, in school he struggled in math due to intimidation. This was corrected once he saw that you need math to play the piano. This newfound confidence in his math abilities led to him receiving a B.S. in Mathematics from Morehouse College. Connect the Dots party game by JoPat Games, coming in 2026For their debut attendance at Toy Fair, JoPat will be showing off two new games for the first time: Connect the Dots and Initial Reactions! In Connect the Dots (2-10 players | 20 minutes+ |Ages 10+) players are given prompt cards and must try to match other players by finding what the cards have in common. If you don’t find a match with anyone else, don’t worry all is not lost, you can now attempt to make a connection with everyone’s answers from round 1. Match by round 3 or you may be the odd man out! Connect the Dots will put your abstract thinking and memory to the test!

Initial Reactions (3-10 players | 30 minutes+ | Ages 17+)JoPat’s word games continue with Initial Reactions (3-10 players | 30 minutes+ | Ages 17+)! Players roll letter dice, and based on what they get, must create acronyms in response to humorous prompt questions. Whoever’s acronym most impresses the HPIC, Head Player in Charge, will win the round and earn a point. The HPIC rotates after each round, so not only will you have to rack your brain to come up with clever acronyms, but you’ll also need to cater your acronyms to each HPIC. Who will come out on top and become MVP!
